with an online tracking number that will usually become active within 48-hours. 

EXPEDITED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WITH ONLINE TRACKING, INSURANCE AND 
SIGNATURE:  For an additional cost (quoted at checkout) 3-7 business days via DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX or EMS (selected at our discretion). You will receive
 an email confirmation with an online tracking number that will usually become active within 48 hours.  

ORDER PROCESSING: Unless your order is received on a weekend all orders are processed and
 shipped within 48 hours of a confirmed payment. If for any reason there is an unusual delay in 
processing your order, you will be contacted by email. 

CLAIMS: If you have selected free international shipping and have failed to receive your package 
within 15 business days please contact your post office first to verify that your package is not 
being held. If your order is determined lost, we will file a claim with the relevant service or courier, 
please keep in mind that we have no control over the speed of which claims are investigated or
 approved. 

NOTE REGARDING FREE SHIPPING: If you have concerns over the delivery length of time,
 the reliability and/or expediency of your in-country postal service, please select the expedited international shipping option. 

RETURNS: Due to EU, HK and US health regulations regarding gels, creams and ointments 
we are unable to accept returns unless the item is electric and is covered under our warranty.  

WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS AND SHIP TO VERIFIED ADDRESES: If your ship-to address is not verified please contact us first for approval.  

DELAYED SHIPPING: Please note that even though payment has been made from your account
 through Paypal, they do not release the payment to us until it has been cleared by your bank.
 If paying with an check through Paypal, your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared, 
which can sometimes take 4-5 business days. If you want your order to be shipped asap, please remit funds via credit card, 
instant transfer, or from your Paypal balance.  

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS: You are responsible for the original shipping and 
handling charges, as well as the return shipping charges on packages that are refused or are deemed 
undeliverable. You are responsible for any customs duties or clearance charges.
